Summer Fun

The other day my colleague Casey babysat for Rachel Claire and that means that RC gets her hair braided -- because Casey is good at that kind of thing, that's what having 2 sisters can do for you. So she did this really cute french braid that you can't really see but it looked great!

We then wanted to go swimming but alas, our neighborhood pool was closed for the season as of August 10! :-( So we tried the splash park but as you can see, RC doesn't really like it much because its too much about water in the face....so we played on the playground instead.

It has been an awesome summer!!! The small fry has been having a tiny little growth spurt, she is now up to 37" tall! Haven't weighed her lately but I'm thinking she's still around 30 lbs.
