First Grade

Rachel Claire is a  "grader" this year at St. Richards so she gets to wear her snappy uniform which includes a jumper, white shirt and a blazer...and black shoes.  All accessories (including hair) must be in the uniform colors.  Kind of hard for those of us who love purple and pink!  She has Mrs. Berak again this year and is thriving in school!!  

Rachel Claire also started wearing glasses at the end of KG...she was having headaches in school so we went to the eye doctor who said she did need glasses but that she might grow out of it.  She doesn't wear them all the time and hasn't lost them yet...

And this is at the Pancake Race, just before the first graders raced with pancakes flipping from little frying pans...unfortunately my photos from that didn't turn out too well.  :-(
