Here are some pictures from the pumpkin patch where the highlight was the super-big slide and the rock climbing. It was a beautiful day and RC had a dress on that matched the pumpkin patch colors, but unfortunately, no good photos of her in it...
I had been wanting Rachel Claire to try rock climbing (was thinking of taking her to Climb Time) but then there was this big rock wall here. I wasn't sure if she'd be scared but she was definitely game to try it. The rope that holds her on there is hydraulic so they had to tether her from the bottom too so we could pull her down becuase she wouldn't be heavy enough to pull it down herself (all 32 lbs of her!). She took right off and went almost to the top but then I think she got a little nervous and wanted to come down. The good news was she didn't look down (I didn't tell her not to but she just didn't, luckily). She was a real trooper!! As she got closer and closer to the top, I started to get nervous, but kept it to myself! It was amazingly high! I'd say 20+ feet.
