Luckily Santa was pretty much ready for Christmas so it didn't take too long for the gifts to get under the tree and in the stockings. A princess bike was the highlight...too bad it has to sit in the back bedroom for 6 months until its warm enough to ride! But that's ok, Rachel Claire will probably need those few inches so she can ride successfully. Rachel Claire also got lots of princess loot and some snappy shoes. Mom got a crock pot (first one!) and some sweaters and jeans that Santa found on eBay -- cool! And a pair of shoes too.
Then we drove to Grandma's to have Christmas over at Shellys (although we almost didn't go due to meltdowns and the lice situation...). It was lovely and overstimulating all at the same time! Lots of goodies for the kids.
