Last year (2012 - 2013 season), Rachel Claire's gymnastics team did well even though their original head coach left the gym unexpectedly just before meet season. Coach Serena stepped in and guided them carefully through their 10 or so meets. The team was a great group of girls who supported each other and became great friends. We travelled to various places in Indiana (Michigan City, Fort Wayne, Connorsville, etc.) and had a great time. It was a magical year!
We tried some different hairstyles, including the waffle. And Rachel Claire got 3rd on floor at one meet, her favorite event!
Unfortunately it is hard to get good photos at a meet for various reasons...distance away, lighting, fast movements...here are some of the better ones.
