Rachel Claire and I went to St. Louis on the weekend of July 14 to see the Lantern Festival at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Let me just say, it was fantastic!! I highly recommend going to see it. We arrived around 6:30 and got to see the lanterns when it was light out, and then around 8:15 or so, they become lit and are cool in a different way. There were some cool lanterns made from things that you might not expect (dishes, plastic bottles). Lucky for me, Rachel Claire was in a good mood to pose for photos!!
This dragon is made entirely out of dishes!
