In October 2011 Rachel Claire and I went to Disney World for her birthday over Fall Break. We stayed at the Port Orleans Resort for 5 days. It was my first time going to Disney World since I was the same age as Rachel Claire -- 7!! It was fun to discover it together, so much has changed -- like the addition of 3 more parks (Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios). We did a lot of character princess visits, some Halloween stuff and a few rides. And, there was the highlight of the trip, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique princess makeover!! Oh boy was that crazy. It took days to get all of the glitter out of her hair. And soooo many people commented when she was in her princess attire, it was hard for her to get all of that attention. Overall though it was a great trip! Disney sure does know how to take care of people so they want to come back for more!
