A visit from Pansy

After Pansy was constructed at Build-a-Bear, each child in PK3 gets a chance to take him/her home from school for a night. The kids are suppoed to write in Pansy's journal about what they did with her. Pansy has clothes (girls and boys) that the kids can put on her/him and some families take pictures of Pansy and post them in the journal as well. It is quite a treat/honor to be the one to bring Pansy home! We took Pansy to the park...luckily it was warm out...and Pansy rode in the little backpack on the front of Rachel Claire's bike. Rachel Claire fed Pansy a bottle and wrapped her up in the cute little blanket that has holes for her ears. She slept on a sleeping bag on the floor next to Rachel Claire....all in all, Pansy had a good visit!
