Build-a-Bear Field Trip

Because I had never actually been to this place, I accompanied Rachel Claire's class on their field trip to Build-A-Bear Workshop. We have a gift certificate to here which we have never used and I wanted to see what I'd be getting myself into if we went.

It was actually not too bad. Rachel Claire's class made a puppy whose name is Pansy (they voted on what kind of thing to make and what its name should be). Rachel Claire suggested the name Petunia (Toony after her cousin Emma's dog) but it didn't win. :-(

In general Rachel Claire was well behaved (I know she does much better on these things without me) until the end when she didn't want to sit with me on the bus...oh well! I guess I had better get used to that!

Soon we'll get our chance to bring Pansy home for the evening...I'll try to remember to take some pictures of her exploits!
