I'm sitting at home waiting for the air conditioner/furnace repair man to bring me a new blower motor and install it for $832....ugh! I'm still in shock about this....and all before I even get the new bill for my property taxes which will be going from $1600/year to $4000+/year (yes that will be adding over $200/month to my house payment). Double ugh! And that doesn't even take into account how much it costs me to fill up my gas tank -- $52 yesterday! Triple ugh! :-(
UPDATE: Ok, it only cost $600+ but still!

A few things RC would enjoy:
1. Itunes $$.
2. Current clothes size: 8-10 (she's up to 52" and 60 lbs). Shoe size is 2.
3. Sciency or math things. Really trying to keep her interested in it...currently succeeding!
4. Games & puzzles (she can do a 300+ piece puzzle right now).

I totally feel your pain. Balancing finances and being solely responsible for all bills are some of the tough parts of single motherhood.
But I wouldn't trade motherhood for anything. I might consider it on certain mornings, but not do it :)
