Sorry Mommy!

Tonight we went to the park to play with our buddy Ava and her mom and dad....when we had to leave, Rachel Claire really didn't want to, but that was mostly because she was tired...I think they play harder in the summer at daycare.

So she had a huge fit, wailing and flailing so that I had to fight to get her in the car seat...always a joy at the end of the day. But about half way home, she stopped crying for a while and then said: "Sorry Mommy!" Awwww, how could you be mad at a kid when she does that! And really we had a great evening the rest of the night.

RC has definitely been having more of these "I don't want to leave where we are" fits about getting into the car seat...but other than that, things have been pretty great. And next week we get to hang out together all week, since Tina will be lounging beachside in Hilton Head!

And perhaps there will even be an announcement about a new job for me...we'll see! :-)
